About Jess and Meggan Holloway
Meggan Holloway is the total package! She rides beautifully and at a competitive level, she has a wealth of equine knowledge and she is a wonderul and talented instructor. It's hard to find all of those qualities in one person and to top it if off, she makes riding and learning a lot of fun.
Meggan Holloway has ridden and owned horses since 1977. She has Evented through Preliminary level and is a very accomplished equestrian. In addition to teaching riding, she also enjoys riding green horses and teaching them “the ropes."
Meggan has a diverse background with horses. One of her most valuable assets is her background as a Veterinary Technician. As a Vet Tech, she worked in mixed-animal practices in VT, CA and MT, all of which helps her to know how to care for the horses at Holloway's Pretty Good Horse Barn.
Meggan groomed for Canadian Olympic Team member, Kelli (McMullen) Temple as well as having groomed and worked in the vet boxes for different riders for the 3-Day Events at Radnor, Morven Park, Woodside and Ram Tap.
