RIDER HEALTH & WAIVER

  • If you feel sick or experience any COVID symptoms, do NOT attend.

  • Please print/complete this waiver and bring it with you to the clinic.

VACCINATIONS & HEALTH

  • ALL riders (who do not board at PGHB) must send proof of 1) Flu/Rhino and 2) negative Coggins to jessholloway@live.com by 14 days prior to the riding clinic.

  • Strangles Vaccine is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, but not required at this time. This may change if cases appear in the valley.

  • DO NOT BRING YOUR HORSE if it's experienced any coughing or nasal discharge within 7 days of clinic. Any horses exhibiting these behaviors will be asked to leave immediately for health reasons.

  • NOTE: Only PGHB boarders may tack up at the hitching rails and indoor cross ties. Visiting horses must be tacked up at your trailer, taken straight to the arena, then returned to your trailer.

TRAILER PARKING

  • Trailer parking is free of charge for clinic participants, but electrical plugins are limited and reserved for attendees who signed up in advance.

  • If you forgot to sign up, please return to the clinic registration page and purchase this option now.

  • Please do not park on the grass UNLESS all other spots are full.

Please follow the parking guidelines above!

HORSE "PARKING"

  • In addition to not parking your trailers on the grass, please do not tie your horse(s) so they're standing on the grass.

  • There are multiple hitching rails at our facility, but they are reserved for boarders. You may tie horse to your trailer as long as it isn’t on the grass.

"EARLY IS ON TIME"

  • Please plan to arrive at least 45 minutes before the beginning of your session.

  • This will give you and your horse time to look around, saddle up, and be ready to start on time.

  • Riders should be on and walking at least 5-10 minutes prior to their session.

COME PREPARED

  • Please bring anything you will need for yours and your horse's comfort such as buckets, feed, pitch forks/stall cleaning equipment, snacks, rain coat, etc.

  • If you’re stabling with us, you are in charge of your horse’s care.

  • You are also responsible for stripping your stall upon departure.

SAFETY FIRST

  • Helmets are encouraged (required for riders under 18). All riders must wear appropriate boots.

  • You will not be allowed to ride in sneakers or any shoe without a heel.

NO DOGS ALLOWED

  • Although we love dogs, NO DOGS are allowed at our facility (not even in vehicles). (Our insurance company prohibits it.)

  • People who bring dogs will be kindly asked to take them home immediately.

  • Service dogs are permitted, with advance permission.
